When the 'EU-Installset-W3.10.0.0.zip' folder saved to the computer is extracted, the 'EU-Installset-W3.10.0.0' will be generated, so double-click 'euw3.10.0-installer.exe' in the extracted folder. Installation for EOS Utility will begin. (If the User Account Control window appears, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.). The latest firmware download is revision 1.0.3, 10/25/05. The camera was released with support for Windows XP. It uses USB 2.0 ports. The most recent EOS Utility version for it seems to be version 2.7.3, 12/11/09, released for Windows Vista.
